Gnawer's Den

A small, hidden cave far from the warmth and security of Rioga's camp. The cave's entrance is hidden by a clump of ferns. There are holes in the cave's roof for water and rain to come through. The cave is small, damp, cold and the air smells of soiled bedding. The Gnawer's bed (made from the pelts from the Nursery that had been shredded and soiled by the pups one too many times) sits in the back left of the cave, behind a wall constructed from various sized boulders that Ryan stacked. She planted some ferns in the cracks to give the cave some green. All of the moss has been stripped away by various pack members to add to their own bedding. The Gnawer shares this cave with bugs and sometimes rats and mice. These critters are the only option for the Gnawer's most decent meal. The only option for the Gnawer's water source is condensation on the walls and floor, Snow in the Winter, or a trickle of water a quick walk away. The only time pack members come here is to throw prey bones for the resident or to deliver 'new' bedding. Strangers sometimes stumble in.
